Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbs crystallized ginger
- 4 cups kiwifruit orange sections, chopped apple, sliced banana, berries and/or seedless red grapes)
Instructions
- Place fruit in a large serving bowl. Pour syrup over fruit, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Makes 6 servings.
