Ingredients
- 400 g dark brown sugar
- 3 – 3 1/2 kg smoked gammon joint
Instructions
- Spread about 3/4 of the brown sugar on the bottom of the slow cooker pot.400 g dark brown sugar
- Place the gammon joint flat side down into the slow cooker.3 – 3 1/2 kg smoked gammon joint
- Use your hands to rub the remaining sugar onto the ham.
- Cover, and cook on Low for 8 hours
