Glazed Gammon – Slow Cooked takes a long time but is worth the wait. The gammon comes out succulent and moist and ideal for main dishes, salads, sarnies and with pickles. All you need is 2 ingredients. Using a slow cooker is a perfect and simple method to cook a potential tough and chewy cut of meat. When its cooked, this gammon falls apart.
