A Green Smoothie is an efficient method to get healthy food into my children. The drinks tastes of bananas and apple but has the hidden ingredient of healthy spinach. This recipe also includes avocado for a delicious smooth texture to the smoothie. Serve as a drink and a snack nicely chilled with the crushed ice.
