  • Combine all ingredients (except third of the herbs) in a bowl and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
    6 oz goat cheese, 8 oz non-fat cream cheese, 1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp chives, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 1 clove garlic, salt, ground black pepper
  • Roll the mixture into a log shape and cover with the remaining herbs.
    1 tbsp chives, 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until chilled and slightly stiffened.
  • Serve with toast, crackers, or fresh raw vegetables for dipping.

Notes

Note: the herbs are used in 2 separate steps. 2/3rds are used to be mixed with the yoghurt and cheese in step 1. While the remaining 1/3 is used to garnish the roll in step 2.
