Herbed Goat Cheese Spread

Servings: 500 ml
- Combine all ingredients (except third of the herbs) in a bowl and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into a log shape and cover with the remaining herbs.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until chilled and slightly stiffened.
- Serve with toast, crackers, or fresh raw vegetables for dipping.
