Honey Lemon Sauce

Honey Lemon Sauce is a deliciously fresh easy sauce using yes you guessed it Honey and Lemon. I love to serve this with poached salmon and other seafood but it also works well with meats. Serve as a sauce, a dip and as a dressing over salad and it’s tasty both warm and cold.

A simple dressing that supplies a lovely sweet flavour to meats and salads. A little poured over salmon is hard to beat.
