Honey Sweet and Sour Sauce is a sauce every cook should know how to produce. This is so easy and fast it gives an entire new meaning to fast food. This sauce recipe is a slight twist on the normal sweet and sour sauce by adding honey. This gives the sauce an entire new direction with flavour and the ever popular stickiness. I normally have this as a side dish for a prawns starter or as part of a canape/appertizer spread. This sauce is always the one that goes first. It becomes quite addictive very quickly but in a good way..
