Who needs to buy a takeaway when you can produce these so easily and quickly. Picnic Fried Chicken is a recipe that I use time and time again. It is ideal for picnics, lunchboxes or as a main and side dish. Whilst the heading says fried, they are actually baked making them healthier but just as juicy. Also baking them prevent the greasy fingers you get from frying. Mix these chicken pieces with Beer Battered Chips and Artichoke and Tarragon Dip. The dip may surprise you but when the chicken is dipped in – it is amazing. Overall, this is a simple dish that makes people happy.
