- 1 1/4 lb beef stew meat
- 4 rashers bacon cut in 1″ pieces
- 18 oz brown gravy
- 14 1/2 oz chopped tomatoes with juice
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 8 new red potatoes 1/4d
- 2 small onions sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms whole
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In medium skillet over med-high heat, cook beef and bacon until beef is browned; drain. In 3-1/2 to 4 qt. crockpot combine gravy, tomatoes, thyme, salt and pepper.1 1/4 lb beef stew meat, 4 rashers bacon, 18 oz brown gravy, 14 1/2 oz chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp dried thyme leaves, 1/4 tsp Pepper, 1/2 tsp salt
