Simple BBQ Pork Belly is a superb dish for those who like amazing flavours without spending hours in the kitchen. Ready from start to finish in 35 minutes but that includes 30 minutes in the oven. Serve with a glass of lovely Pinot Noir. This recipe can be tweaked by adding Hoi Sin Sauce or Char Siu Sauce. They all work brilliantly. Serve as a side dish or as a main dish this recipe can be oven cooked and barbecued.
