Ingredients
 

Peanut Sauce:

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, coconut milk, honey, turmeric, coriander, garlic, ginger and oil.
    2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ground coriander, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
    500 g chicken breasts
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.

For Barbecue:

  • Preheat and lightly oil the grill. Cook skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently until golden and charred.

For Grill:

  • Preheat to medium-high and cook on a wire rack for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway.
  • For the peanut sauce, whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
    3 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp warm water
  • Serve hot skewers with peanut sauce on the side.
