Yogurt, Honey and Blueberry Dessert is a lovely refreshing recipe that is perfect all year round. However, on a balmy summer evening when dinner has been served, these desserts will go down a treat. The smoothness of the yogurt with the sweetness of the honey, the crunch of the nuts and the crisp of the blueberries. I make these in advance and leave in the fridge an have used other fruit as well. I like to serve mine in Kilner Jars for that added appeal.
