Yorkshire Pudding Dessert is a great way to use leftover Yorkshire Puddings. A Yorkshire Pudding is only a pancake cooked differently. Adding cold custard and strawberry jam (my favourites) turns leftovers into a lovely sweet dessert. There are so many other preserves you could use, the choice is up to you. My wife loves apricot jam with hers. I will admit a tin of ambrosia Devon custard is always in my fridge ready for this!!!!
