Ingredients
- 1 large avocado ripe , peeled, pitted, and roughly chopped
- 6 oz goat cheese 110-170 g
- 2 large tomatoes ripe/sliced
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 15 ml
- 12 slices bread
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix together the avocado, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.1 large avocado, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt
- Spread the avocado mixture on one side of the bread.12 slices bread
- Spread the goat cheese on the other side, and place the tomato slices in between.6 oz goat cheese, 2 large tomatoes
- Place under the grill until the bread is lovely and golden.
