  • Add the garlic and mash the potatoes. Add the milk, sour cream, butter, salt, and pepper and mix well until smooth.
    7 cloves garlic, 1/3 cup skimmed milk, 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream, 2 tbsp unsalted butter, salt, ground black pepper
