Grilled Octopus – Oktapodi sta Karvuna

Grilled Octopus – Oktapodi sta Karvuna is a recipe that will divide people around a table. It is one of those love it or hate it or a third option; never tried it because its an octopus!! When octopus is cooked correctly and that is normally simply cooked with a few ingredients, it is amazing. I skewer these and have these on my bbq during the summer and they are a great hit with everybody.  I cook this as a starter, side-dish and also a main-dish and it is enjoyed all the time. Served with a Greek salad for a lovely summer meal.
