A simple Teriyaki Marinade that turns a piece of meat into a great piece of meat. It is ideal for BBQ’s or oven baked meats. When this marinade is absorbed into meat such as beef, chicken, lamb or pork it takes it up a notch. the marinade works best when left to work overnight in the fridge.   • In small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, garlic, onion and ginger powders.
  • Place the meat into a deep baking tray and pour the marinade over.
  • Massage into the meat.
  • Cover tightly and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Cook the meat as normal using the remaining marinade to baste.
