When I need pick me up I have a Red Smoothie. The mixture of strawberries, raspberries and apple juice with coconut water is refreshing, thirst quenching and full of goodness. Serve as a drink anytime of the day but especially when tired. It takes minutes to prepare and is packed with flavour.

Red Smoothie
A lovely refreshing Red Smoothies full of fruit and so easy to prepare. These smoothies are so popular with the grandchildren they help to prep!!

Ingredients
- 75 ml apple juice
- 150 g raspberries
- 200 g strawberries
- 400 ml coconut water
- 1 hand ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients into a blender. Pulse to get the ingredient broken down a little.75 ml apple juice, 150 g raspberries, 200 g strawberries, 400 ml coconut water, 1 hand ice cubes
- Once broken down, blitz on high until smooth. Won’t take long.
- Pour into glasses and serve

So easy you can keep in the fridge for 24 hours in a sealed container.
