When I need pick me up I have a Red Smoothie. The mixture of strawberries, raspberries and apple juice with coconut water is refreshing, thirst quenching and full of goodness. Serve as a drink anytime of the day but especially when tired. It takes minutes to prepare and is packed with flavour.

Ingredients
 

Instructions

  • Pour all of the ingredients into a blender. Pulse to get the ingredient broken down a little.
    75 ml apple juice, 150 g raspberries, 200 g strawberries, 400 ml coconut water, 1 hand ice cubes
  • Once broken down, blitz on high until smooth. Won’t take long.
  • Pour into glasses and serve

Notes

So easy you can keep in the fridge for 24 hours in a sealed container.
I serve mine in a selction of these for both the grandchildren but also the children!!!!:-
