- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper freshly ground
- 1/2 tsp oregano crushed
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 10 oz peas drained, rinsed
