Green Olive Pesto is a simple recipe with only 5 ingredients. However, they create an amazingly flavoured pesto to serve on slices of toasted Italian or other peasant bread. Green Olive Pesto is also a very easy method to introduce flavour to a plain pasta dish. Just cook the spaghetti as normal whilst preparing the pesto. Add the pesto to the spaghetti once drained and toss to cover. Serve with grated parmesan for a fast tasty beautiful looking main dish. - 3/4 cup pitted green olives
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 2 Tbs pine nuts
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin olive oil
