Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 4 large bananas mashed
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 cups Flour White Whole Wheat
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups walnuts optional/ chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven 325°F.
- Cream the butter and the sugar together on speed #3.1 cup unsalted butter, 2 cups granulated sugar
- Add the eggs, banana and milk.2 large eggs, 4 large bananas, 1/3 cup milk
- Mix dry ingredients together and add to the creamed butter.4 cups Flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt
- Add chocolate and walnuts on speed #1.2 cups chocolate chips, 2 cups walnuts
- Scoop into 18 greased muffin cups. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes.
