Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 4 large bananas mashed
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp milk
- 4 cups 100% White Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups toasted walnuts chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven 325°F.
- Cream the butter and the sugar together on speed #3.
- Add the eggs, banana and milk.
- Mix dry ingredients together and add to the creamed butter.
- Add chocolate and walnuts on speed #1.
- Scoop into 18 greased muffin cups. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes.
