Homemade Corned Beef is a perfect example of how easy recipes can be. I adapt this recipe every time adding a chilli or scallions for an additional flavour. I have never had anyone turn it down and have passed this recipe to lots of friends and family over the years. Serve as a main dish, in a sandwich or used in other dishes such as Corned Beef Hash and Glazed Corned Beef.
