Ingredients
- 1/2 cup basil 125 ml, chop
- 1/4 cup walnuts 60 ml, chop
- 2 tbsp Parmesan 30 ml, grated
- 8 oz cream cheese 225 g
- 1 large shallot finely chopped
- 1 tbsp red wine 15 ml
- 1 tsp horseradish 5 ml
- salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the walnuts in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Stir in the walnuts.
- Serve with raw vegetables for dipping.
