When you are looking for a salad with a bite and bit of attitude then look no further. This Cashew Salad is an amazing blend of spinach, lettuce, bell pepper served in an amazing dressing. The dressing of vinegar, mustard, garlic and celery seeds is so tasty and only takes minutes to produce. Serve as both a main dish and a side dish. I use cashew nuts in this recipe due to the vitamin c, omega 3, iron and protein this have.
Cashew Salad
A healthy nutty salad with a mild mustard kick. Ideal for lunch boxes and picnics and on the go meals.
