Chocolate covered bananas is one of those decadent treats that gets people talking. The chocolate covered fruit is superb when chilled in the summer with a large choice of fruit available. It is possible to make a full fruit salad with chocolate covered fruit. This is not for the feint hearted but on special occasions, it becomes a talking point. This is particularly popular at Valentines Day with a glass of chilled champagne. You can buy chocolate fountains to do the same thing but the chocolate used never quite tastes the same. Also, you can make this ahead of time so no need to miss the fun being stuck in the kitchen.
