Fruit Salsa

Fruit Salsa is a deliciously refreshing combination of fruit and salad vegetables. The crunch of the cucumber, freshness of the tomatoes and the sweetness of the mango creates a perfect side dish and dip. I like to use this on Mexican nights with tortillas and fry beef.
