A simple to produce cheese spread with refreshing herbs in only a few minutes. Can be used with so many dishes.

Ingredients
- 6 oz goat cheese
- 8 oz non-fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp chives chopped/see note
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme see note
- 1 clove garlic peel/mince
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except third of the herbs) in a bowl and mix until thoroughly incorporated.6 oz goat cheese, 8 oz non-fat cream cheese, 1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp chives, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 1 clove garlic, salt, ground black pepper
- Roll the mixture into a log shape and cover with the remaining herbs.1 tbsp chives, 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until chilled and slightly stiffened.
- Serve with toast, crackers, or fresh raw vegetables for dipping.
Notes
Note: the herbs are used in 2 separate steps. 2/3rds are used to be mixed with the yoghurt and cheese in step 1. While the remaining 1/3 is used to garnish the roll in step 2.
