Had the ingredients so thought I would try it out. Tasty and superbly aromatic. Made a lovely change from hot and spicy curries I usually cook.
Absolutely delicious! The perfect balance of heat, sweetness, and richness from the coconut milk. The fresh herbs add such a fragrant aroma, and the chicken was perfectly tender.
The spices, coconut milk, and fresh herbs create an amazing depth of flavour. It’s spicy but in a way that doesn’t overwhelm the taste of the other ingredients.
The combination of fresh vegetables, tender chicken, and creamy sauce makes every bite so satisfying.
This curry hits all the right notes
I loved how vibrant and colourful this dish is. The green chillies bring a nice kick, but it’s not overpowering.
Green Thai curry has always been one of my go-to comfort dishes, and this recipe didn’t disappoint.
