  • Wash and dry basil. Place basil in a blender or food processor with garlic, olive oil, pine nuts, cheese, and pepper.
    3 cups basil, 3 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup olive oil, 3/4 cup pine nuts, 1/4 cup parmesan, Black pepper
  • Puree until the sauce reaches the consistency you enjoy.
  • If serving with pasta, add the pesto and toss thoroughly to serve.
  • Serve immediately whilst pasta is piping hot.
