Never thought of putting left over pork on a pizza but this works so well.
The pulled pork pizza was absolutely incredible! The combination of smoky, tender pulled pork with the rich tomato sauce and melted cheese was a flavour explosion in every bite.
The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, holding all the toppings without getting soggy. Just how I like it. Cheers. Going to add a few other ingredients next time to experiment.
The pizza was full of flavour going add a little apple sauce next time.
The addition of onions added a nice crunch and sweetness, balancing the richness of the pork. The crust was just right—not too thick or thin.
The pulled pork pizza was a unique twist on traditional pizza, and I loved it! The pulled pork was juicy and flavourful, with a lovely smoky taste that paired beautifully with the melted cheese and passata.
Lovely pizza but needed a bit more heat for my liking. Will try adding a sliced chilli next time.
