One of the my favourite finger food has to be Sesame Lime Chicken. The gorgeous marinade infused chicken thighs and legs are a delight to eat. I have four sons and its one of the few times all of them can be together and quiet. They are too busy eating. I like to make prepare this in advance and chill it in the fridge overnight if possible. This recipe brings together to wonders of Thai cuisine. The inclusion of ginger, garlic, honey, soy sauce and lime juice with the finishing touch of sesame seeds.
