Anchovy Europe Italian Saute Seafood Vegetables Vegetarian

Sauteed Broccoli

Sauteed Brocolli - TheRecipe.Website

Sautéed Broccoli or Broccoli Saltati is a divine side dish may takes minutes but is a wealth of flavours. The inclusion of anchovies adds a mild almost subtle background flavour and aroma to the broccoli without being strong. It is a lovely gentle touch. While this is a tasty vegetarian dish, I have added fried bacon for a meatier version. Either way it is gorgeous.
