Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken pieces skinless and boneless, 675-900 g
- 4 tbsp butter 60 ml
- 1/2 cup honey 125 ml
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 60 ml
- 1 tbsp curry powder 15 ml
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken pieces in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top.
- Cook covered on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, until the chicken is tender and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
