Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin olive oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper seed/chop
- 1 cup tomato deseeded
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp ground oregano
- 1/2 bunch cilantro coriander/ chopped
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a skillet over moderate heat and saute the garlic, onion, and bell pepper until tender bit not brown, about 10 minutes.1/4 cup Extra Virgin olive oil, 2-3 cloves garlic, 1 medium onion, 1 large green bell pepper
