Garlic Mashed Potatoes is a simple idea improved. I love mash potatoes with sausages, cold meats and with cheese and beans. Add garlic into the mix and the the flavour goes up a notch or two. Add bacon and you have a meal on its own right just like Bacon and Horseradish Mash. Serve as a side dish or a main dish depending on what you have with it.
