Meatloaf Burgers are a simple American recipe that produces a burger that is tasty, succulent and filling. Why buy fast food when you can prepare your own for a fraction of the cost. I have made these in bulk and watch them be vanish quickly every time. They can be baked in the oven and on the bbq. Also these are easy to make in advance and store in the fridge. I normally served these with home made Beer Battered Chips for a perfect meal especially during the summer. I also create an adult version of these by adding sliced red chillies into the mixture. You don’t need much to give them a little kick.
