Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 13 oz evaporated milk can
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup celery leaves chopped
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the potatoes and onions in a lightly greased slow cooker.6 medium potatoes, 1 medium onion
- Combine the remaining ingredients in an electric blender or food processor and process until smooth.1 cup cheddar cheese, 13 oz evaporated milk, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup celery leaves, 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 pinch Salt, 1 pinch ground pepper
- Pour over the potato mixture and cook covered on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
