Asian-Style Chicken is an easy recipe that produces a divine taste. The chicken breasts are so moist and tasty after being marinated it is hard to ruin this recipe. If you can, bbq these chicken breasts as the flavour is even more intense. Whilst others are cooking drumsticks, you will be producing Asian Style Chicken. This is an easy way to set the bar higher. I serve these chicken breasts with simple basmati rice cooked in coconut milk. You could always revert back to the old favourite Simple Egg Fried Rice. Whilst the recipe says marinade for 2-4 hours, I prepare it the day before an leave it overnight.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- 6 large chicken breast halves skinned/defat
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar, 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp parsley, 1 tbsp ginger, freshly ground pepper
- Add the chicken breasts and turn to coat evenly.6 large chicken breast halves
- Refrigerate covered for 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
- Cook under a preheated broiler or over hot coals until done, 20 to 30 minutes, turning once.
