Carolina Barbecue

Carolina Barbecue is an amazing simple recipe from America. The pork is slow cooked but only for 2 1/2 hours and the results is outstanding. The Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and chilli powder mix so well to create a pork that falls apart but packs a punch. This is ideal as a main dish, in wraps and as a snack.

Carolina Barbecue

A superb recipe from Southern states of america. The slow cooking of the pork gives this a subtle yet immense flavour without marinating for hours. Superb way of putting flavour in quickly.
