Red Plum Chicken
Over the years, I have cooked many chicken dishes for family meals. Some have been rich and hearty, while others have been light and simple....
A plum is a fruit of a lovely dark red colour and being nearly 90% water very refreshing. They can be eaten both fresh and dried which are usually called prunes. However in America they are just called “dried Plums”! The flesh can be used in crumbles, cakes and my favourite in jams and preserves.
