Ice cream is a frozen dessert, typically made from milk or cream and flavoured with a sweetener, either sugar or an alternative, and a spice, such as cocoa or vanilla, or with fruit such as strawberries or peaches. Ice Cream is a recipe dating back years. It has been a delight of all ages from young to the elderly and will continue to do so. There are so many flavours available from the traditional Vanilla to Cinnamon toast flavoured!!!! They are however very easy to make and a lot of flavours have been discovered by accident.
