Tagliatelle is a ribbon type of pasta and often served with meat sauces and Bolognese sauce. The pasta is usually made with egg pasta and similar in shape to Fettuccine pasta. This pasta is beautiful and soft when cooked properly and looks amazing twirled on a dish.
