Fried Onion Flakes

Whether these are served as a side dish with steak and chips or fried chicken, they are superb. Fried Onion Flakes are a superb way or expanding a meal cheaply. All it takes are onion flakes and oil = simple. I have made my own flakes before literally just by slicing small pieces off a peeled onion.
