A Greek Country Salad – Horiatiki is a beautiful salad made with simple ingredients but a big flavour. It’s made with pieces of tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, onion, feta cheese, and olives. These are typically seasoned with salt and oregano, and dressed with olive oil. Pitted Olives finish the side dish perfectly with the slightly salty flavour.
