Grilled Kippered Herring

Grilled Kippered Herring have been around for years. The reason – they are delicious, filling, go with so many other ingredients and all ages enjoy them. They are ideal for breakfast and brunches and even tea times.  Served with poached eggs, fresh hot toast, and a mild tomato relish for a brunch. Also, you can make a more substantial meal with Boiled Potatoes with Herbs,  bacon and spinach.  However my favourite is Kedgeree, the mixture of the fish, boiled eggs, warm rice and the aromatic effect of the spices make this a special recipe. This is a superb recipe whether for breakfast, brunch or main dish.
