Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese room temp
- 6 oz corned beef
- 6 oz Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup drained sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup thousand Island dressing
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the crackers and place in a lightly greased slow cooker (or baking dish).8 oz cream cheese, 6 oz corned beef, 6 oz Swiss cheese, 3/4 cup drained sauerkraut, 1/2 cup thousand Island dressing
- Cook covered on low (or in a 200F, 95C oven) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until the cheese is melted.
- Stir well and serve.
