  • Stir in the flour and cook for 3 minutes.
    2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • Stir in the milk and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    1 cup milk
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine thoroughly.
    1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 tsp white vinegar, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp English mustard powder, salt, freshly ground pepper
