- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp English mustard powder
- salt to taste
- freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
