Orange Barbecue Sauce is a simple, everything in a bowl at once recipe that produces a marinade that is so full of flavour, it will become a favourite. I make this a day or so in advance and kind in the fridge until needed. I use Orange Barbecue Sauce mainly for chicken breast and thighs to cook on the bbq as the flavour match so well. However, this also goes very well with beef when cooking a stir fry. Allowing the protein to marinate for a few hours gives it so much extra flavour. The Orange Juice, with the chilli sauce, molasses, garlic, lemon juice and soy sauce creates a perfect marinade quickly and simply.
