Peri-Peri Chicken Livers are a beautiful starter and canape. Serve on small toasts or quartered rolls for maximum flavour and effect. Alternatively serve the chicken livers in a bowl and let people help themselves. The chicken livers are very easy to cook and are soft and delicate while the peri peri sauce has the kick effect.
