Many of us will associate this meat with school dinners which most likely is not a good memory. In reality Liver is an amazing protein in so many amazing tasty recipes.  One of my favourite recipes is chicken liver pate. The smooth texture of the pate is excellent on toast, biscuits and crackers but just as good in beef wellington.  The most used liver are from chickens. Cooking Tips:
Soak in Milk for as long as possible to remove the slight bitter taste.
